Awful and SUPPER over priced. I went for my birthday and was very excited to try this place, I have heard great things from friends. I was very disappointed with the service and the menu. The plates were so small 3 small shrimp, 3 small chunks of chicken and a chunk of steak, not a meal if you ask me. I could have and should have gone somewhere else and ordered the steak and lobster for the same price or less! We spent over $100 for two people and left hungry! DO Not bother to go unless you plan on buying two main dishes at $25 a plate per one person and the dessert was $ 32 for the portion that served two people!!! We did not even bother ordering the chocolate fondue. Over all a very bad experience...
Very bad customer service and very long wait time on everything but being seated cause no one was even in there. the food was OK nothing you couldn't make at home though. i will probably never go again.
I had heard wonderful things about the Melting Pot, so my expectations were high. I was very disappointed. We had the WORST customer service experience. They were really slow- there was only about 10 people in there, and our waitress who also happen to be the bartender was horrible. She took so long to take our order, bring our food, and didn’t even come by to see how we were doing. We had to ask for our own refills. We walked out and luckily ran into a manager or else we would have just left without paying- that’s how horrible it was. Their food was okay- the quality of their service as a zero. Luckily, we went to a delicious yogurt place in the same shopping center whom I can honestly say had wonderful costumer service. I will never recommend the Melting Pot and I will make sure to never go into that location again.
I think the melting pot was VERY PERFECT for couples, the scenery was great, the food was great, and the music was right on point. They gave us a seat in a wrap around corner to where no one could see us and we couldn't see anyone, it was like being in our own room without the noise of other people just the soft music of smooth jazz and the wine selection was HUGE and the manager gave my wife and I three samples of wine to see which we liked best, then came the food and the food is great, they give you a cheese or chocalate to dip your food in and we chose the cheese and it was well worth it, the food was really great and then they gave you another pot to cook your own food in and it was just an experience you will never forget, a little pricy but it is well worth it and they also had military discount so for all you military families this is the place to go, but dont bring your kids.
