This is the WORST KFC ever. I went last night (5/7/2013) and waited in line for almost 10 minutes, then another 15 minutes to get my food which was WRONG. I didn t even bother trying to get it straightened out because everyone behind the counter was more concerned with their phones than their customers. I have gone there 3 or 4 times and have gotten the same customer service so I am done going there. There are other places to eat in that area so that is where I will be going.
Absolute worst Taco Bell in the country! Go to the one in Phonixville and compare, you would not belive this is the same chain. Royersfor Taco Bell 3 minutes from my house, Phonixville, closer to 10. I only go the the Pheonixville location.
Wow. They need to close this place and start over! We were running late on Saturday Night and thought to grab food for the kids. First the Drive-Thru order board was turned off. When we commented, we were told by the girl that it would be too much trouble for someone to come out and turn it on. It was downhill from there. They not only got the order completely wrong, took 15 minutes to correct, the Cinnamon Twists were Rancid!!!!! When we call the number to complain the manager on the phone offered us a refund. When we went to get it, the store manager said the phone manager had no authorization to give refunds. She offered to replace the food... and THEY GOT THE ORDER WRONG AGAIN!!!!!!! I've eaten in lots of Taco Bells (one in Indiana, Pa the week before) and I've never seen one with employees as terrible as this. Avoid at all costs!
In the 4 years I've lived in this area and the 2 dozen plus times I've ordered food from here- not ONCE has my order been correct. I ask for grilled- they give me fried, I ask for 3 tacos I get two. I ask for a supreme- no sour cream or tomatoes. The staff here have the collective IQ of a pigeon flying into a window. The staff is rude and slow and the wait times are ungodly. I live 5 minutes away. Time from ordering food to receiving correct order and sitting down to eat- a whopping HOUR. This place is an abomination and should be condemned.
Quite simply, this is the worst Taco Bell in the world, maybe even the galaxy. The tortillas they use are stale around the edges, they throw the cheese on in handfulls so its all over the inside of the wrapper and they dont close burritos like I could train any caged animal to do with some degree of consistency. My GF and I currently love to share a story about the worst Taco Bell night we ever had featuring this location and the story is so funny it was worth it but in reality this place should be condemmed. The people inside are really mongoloids and totally zombie like in their whole demeanor/service ability and they take FOREVER! We hit the place one time and there was nobody else there, SHOCKER, and it still took like 10 mins to get in and out w 3 items...pathetic. I almost want to go back every now and again just to watch the slow decline of a franchise into eventual location sale to god knows what in the sprawl of N.E. PA.
My husband waiting for 30 minutes to get food through the drive thru. We had a coupon for a meal deal and the majority of the wait time was waiting for the cashier to ring up the order correctly. After voiding and ringing up the order numerous times, we still got charged incorrectly.
my husband called the store and spoke to the manager. The manager offered to give us another full meal for free for our inconvenience. I went to pick up the complimentary meal that week. The manager who was there was very rude, she did not want to honor the other manager's free meal offer. I felt like I was begging for food when I claimed this meal, which was something that the other manager offered to us for our bad experience. We will never go to this restaurant again.
That was our second try to order food from this place. The first time was when they first opened. The service was the same and ordering took forever. We carefully watched the food that we got served at that time after we saw one of the kitchen people sneezing and handling the food without washing their hands.
We gave this restaurant another chance and we still had an awful experience.
