The Royal Hong Kong Yacht Club is the place for information about anything to do with sailing. Operating from a number of club locations, they run year-round classes for all abilities. One noteworthy sailing event is the Rolex China Sea Race. They also organize other offshore sailing races every year, including their San Fernando Race, from Hong Kong to San Fernando in the Philippines. If you had in mind something slightly less upscale, you could rent a Hobie Cat from St. Stephen's Beach at Stanley , or charter a junk with a group of friends.
