It's the Philippe Starck ambiance, not the food
Felix is Philippe Starck's project at the top of the Peninsula Hotel Tower, which opened in 1994. The whole place is just extremely cool and happening, right from the moment you step into the elevators.
Then of course there are the bathrooms, which everyone goes to check out. The main stage, with its long table/bar/catwalk, dominates the space. Don't forget the wine bar and the disco room at the bottom of the two tower/turrets.
I still see Felix as one of the best places to go for a drink, with its fantastic views of Victoria Harbor (more importantly, it's a view of HK side). Food is not bad but not spectacular.
