Fook Lam Moon Restaurant, Hong Kong

Take one look at the Mercedes' parked out front and you know that this is the dining room for the rich. Many of HK's tycoons frequent this restaurant and are tucked away in the private rooms on the upper floor. It definitely makes a big difference whether you come here with or without someone who's a regular. The level of service is completely different, as well as the ability to order items off the menu. The usual big ticket items of sharks fin and abalone are without a doubt excellent, as well as the roast suckling pig and the giant pomfret - one of my favorites.
