Kaetsu, Hong Kong

When the Grand Hyatt Hong Kong - one of Hong Kong's finest hotels - serves Japanese fare. Two things are guaranteed: it is very good and it is very expensive. Spotlessly clean to the point of being sterile, but comfortable and welcoming, this excellent restaurant appeals to both locals and tourists alike and, with families flocking to the very affordable noodle buffet every Sa, complaints are difficult to come by.
