If you are looking for good Italian cuisine, I'd strongly recommend E Tutto Qua. Definitively the best Italian food we had in the United States. Antipasti, true fine crust italian pizza for the kids, best spinach fetucini and pasta fruti di mare we had in a decade concluded by Tiramisu and Sabaglione that let you believe you are in Via Apia in Rome are served with Italian smile and hospitality by a team anxious of guest satisfaction. Do not hesitate and stop at E Tutto Qua for lunch, diner or simply Capucino and Panacota a as we will certainly do for our next travel in SFO!

This is an Italian restaraunt where Italians (like me) go to eat Italian food. It's one of the better-kept secrets of North Beach. The place is clean and unassuming... no cheesy murals on the walls like some of the other places on the strip. They don't play an endless loop of Boccelli songs... it's nice. You're there for the great food and they give you just that.
