One of the best in Corpus Christi, Good Sushi and will make fresh stir fry. Lots of other entrees including tempora and coconut shrimp. There is something for everyone. Quality is above the other buffet restaurants in town. Biggest problem is you will probably eat too much if you go

A great place to eat. Lots of fir every bodies taste. I'm not a fan a sushi but they have it an every body I know who dose like it says they have great sushi. Now the rest of their buffet is full of great foods and deserts, try the green tea ice cream, It's good with soy-sauce.:lol

Incredible selection, value. The greek salad and sushi for starters. Shrimp tempura, great. Even the deserts were very good. Service was excellent. For a buffet, it was all so tasty.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! I go almost every week. It's good and not to expensive. The waiters are awesome. :] It's a tradition with my friends to go almost everyweek.

Heard lots about this place mostly good, a few bad. Well last day in CC heading back to West Texas and figured I'd give it a go with my sis which we did. Well after sampling almost everything they had to offer here is my final analysis. Out of 5 stars I give it 4. The food was fresh and good and tasty but it is what it is- a BUFFET. If they had a full bar and if they had TV's with SHPORTS I am sure they would have locals coming in on a regular basis and why not. What's better then knocking back a few cold ones with the budz after a long day then chowing down on SUSHI for 25 bucks including beer/sake. Adding Shport Television one could, with his date/spouse, have a Digestive Aid at the bar, a little baseball/football etc, then maybe go back for more. Those 2 additions would for me give this place the Fifth Star. That said I give it 4 Stars. Way to go Ichiban. Oh, our waiter, from Indonesia, was very friendly, very informative, and well deserved of the 15 bucks we gave him. Wish I could have given him more. But all that said it is what it is- A Buffet. Had it had the Bar, the TV Screens, the Regulars, the Locals, the Everybody knows your name VIBE, I would say it could be the kind of place one would choose to Celebrate one's birthday there. But it is not. It is just a Buffet with a polite crowd no one getting Giddy or no gregarious laughter abound. Like say a Oragami or even a Joe's Crab Shack. Kudos to Ichiban.

Love this place!! We go every week it's a tradition, it is breaking me though ($16 every time). great food, awesome servers, wonderful atmosphere. Only problem is one of the cooks hates my friend for unknown reasons, he gives her the stink eye every time we come in. But as long as we sit facing away from the food it's all good :D

We saw the billboard for this restaurant on a recent visit to Corpus and being that we are Sushi lovers we where excited by the prospect of a seafood buffet. Now "seafood buffets" are quite common these days at Asian restaurants so we figured at the very least it would be about the same as we have experienced in the past at other establishments. WOW! We were pleasantly surprised. The snow crab was excellent - not too salty or overcooked like so many other places. The sushi selection was impressive - of course, the standard California roll was available but there to our surprise so were Volcano rolls, jalapeno rolls and a yummy selection of flying fish roe (one of our favorites). The tuna sashimi was delicious and the froglegs seasoned with salt and pepper were a welcomed surprise. If sushi is not your bag, they do have alot of other dishes as well as mongolian (you make your selections and the chef cooks everything up for you). Our server was attentive and very charming. We will be back.

They food is excellant,the wait staff are polite and we had a wonderful dinning experiance,,This is now our favorite place ,,enjoy!

We had an excellent dining experience. This have a huge variety of sushi and rolls on the buffet, along with other japanese delights such as different salads, soups, tempura shrimp & veggies and teriyaki beef and chicken and also oysters on the half shell. Also a fresh fruit and dessert bar. Not your typical asian buffet which was what we expected, but were pleasantly delighted to find it was above our expectations! It was extremely clean and all the food was super fresh! They also serve sake and other alcohol, which was an added bonus. Excellent place! The adult buffet is 13.99 but money well spent, we will definitely be back very soon!
