Had our mini Mother s Day lunch here today. Service is excellent, Seafood that bangs, bomb strawberry lemonade & price is reasonable. To top it off, crew is very honest. A few minutes after getting home, I realized that I forgot my sons iPad in our booth. Called in and they instantly helped me locate it. Two thumbs up to you. To the crew that turned it in, I hope, a well deserved compensation comes your way!
This is the first time I have been to a cajun restaurant. EXCELLENT PRICES FOR EXCELLENT FOOD!!!!!! Fresh, Fabulous seafood and refreshing strawberry lemonade! It is a worthwhile experience! everyone should try it. The restaurant should expand their business to other parts of Anaheim, the USA, and Canada.
BEEN TO BOILING CRAB LINES TOO LONG RUDE SERVICE AND NOT THAT NICE INSIDE I WAS LOOKING FOR ANOTHER PLACE WITH FOOD AS GOOD AND NO LINE AND BETTER ATMOSPHERE...AND I FOUND THAT AT THE CLAW FOOD (SHRIMP CANNOBALL STYLE HOT) WAS SPOT ON DECOR WAS VERY NICE WITH 2 LCD TV SCREENS TO WATCH SPORTS LIFE SIZE PIRATE AND GREAT MUSIC.....PLEASNTLY SURPRIZED WILL RETURN FOR SIT DOWN AND TAKE OUT!!!!!!!
wow, so hard to find overall 5 star restaurant in garden grove! my husband and i are on a roll.. been there 3/7 days this week trying everything. BAG is always good. Will probably used them next two planned parties. Great variety and seasoning on the SHIP wreck and lots to eat. Fresh oysters better than mcCormick/Schmidtt. Poor on the scallops (looked like they sliced them in half to get four pieces, soft shell was overcooked, but still exzcellent quality of food. don't drink coffee here $2.50, horrible. Bring your starbucks. stick with beer and stawberry lemonade. ENJOY LIFE here
my husband and i came to this place after seing the long line at the other restaurant..we love this place because the service was great food is delicious and the place was clean..i would totally recommend this restaurant for the wonderful customer service!!!!!!!
I really liked this place. The food is great, they have a large selection. More than Boiling crab and Cajun corner. The servers are nice and they actually come by and ask if you need anything else wich is a plus, not used to that at other asian seafood places. I think this is one of the nicest places to sit down and eat and it's not really that expensive.
My hubby and I decided to give this place a try since he works in the area and it sounded really cool. The decor is great, kids loved it and it was very clean. Food was okay, nothing spectacular, but it was good especially for how reasonable the prices were. We both thought the service was lacking, my drink was never refilled, we had to ask for everything and my husbands soup wasn't served until we were halfway through our meal. They had music blaring so loud it was practically unbearable and what they were playing seemed fit more for an 18 and over dance club as opposed to a restaraunt, vulgar language and all. I don't see us ever returning.
Hubby and I decided to check the place out since he's all about crustaceans and pirates.. I was keeping my fingers crossed since it was my idea.. Brookhurst and Chapman, easy to find. When we got there it seemed clean, nicely decorated, with plenty of pirate gear to keep you interested. A couple of flat screen tvs, music, and the specials on a blackboard for all to see. We first ordered a couple of beers, and the gumbo.. didn't want to place our full order yet, because we wanted to check and see how the gumbo tasted.. Well, it was delicious and hot, just the way we like it, with good sized shrimp and enough okra to keep it interesting. Hubby ordered the King Crab legs with a side salad (the other types of crab were out of season) and I ordered the shrimp and the cajun fries..WOW!!! Everything was prepared just right;, the salad was cold and crispy, the crab and shrimp had wonderful flavors (we both had all the seasonings combined, it was a great mix) and I had my shrimp mildly hot and hubby had his crab medium hot.. Delicious. My shrimp were large and juicy, just the way I love them.I love the idea of getting a great big bag of hot shrimp placed right on your table for you to devour ! The cajun fries had just the right amount of seasonings, with the fry texture not too limp. Claws is definitely a treasure chest of flavor, with a tastefully decorated backdrop, which also happens to be very clean..nothing sticky on these floors and tables!!. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.. Thanks for a great and reasonably priced meal..we definitely will be back!!
