I love in-n-out but there are negatives to pretty much anywhere. With the location at Broadway and Kolb in Tucson the negative is that the meat is often not very hot--it is not cold but not real hot either. When I asked for a hot meat patty they looked confused. It was sorta funny. I don t like the fries but that is my problem. My family loves them so I am weird in that way. My biggest complaint with the whole chain is their restaurant design. It is not family friendly. We pretty much limit ourselves to the drive thru b/c there is not seating for families with more than two children and often you have to stand around and fight when a booth comes open only to have to squish yourselves so tightly it is not enjoyable. I know for marketing sake it looks good for the restaurant when people come in and see all the tables full but seriously, business is lost also b/c who wants to deal with that every time? As for customer service? Excellent!
I loooooove In-N-Out Burger! The one thing I do agree with on the negative posts is that the burgers are kind of small. I like the thin part. The grilled onions make all the difference on the hamburger. The fries are real potatoes that is why they don't seem as good. The longer you stay away from the bad fries the more you will appreciate the good ones. It is always CLEAN there. I have never seen a dirty place. The service is great too. I think you get used to other places that use chemical products and the real stuff then tastes unusual. Try it more than once, you might change your mind. You can ask for no salt or less salt if you want. They do what ever they can for you. There is a secret menu too!!!!
I tried this place after listening to so many people declare it to be very good. My burger was SUPER thin, very little meat and the bun was small and plain. The burger was VERY overcooked slightly blackened. The fries were plain. The burger and fries were EXTREMELY salted. The dining experience was TOO loud and I felt I had to yell at my lunch companion to be heard. I had to stand for about 20 minutes until a table was cleared and there were no cleaners cleaning these tables or the floor. TOO LOUD, TOO CROWDED, TOO THIN BURGER, TOO PLAIN FRIES, TOO MUCH SALT...Save yourself time and money...Burger Kings Buck Double is WAY better, the service is better, the price is better, and the place is clean...This is my first and LAST visit to In-N-Out.
In-N-Out is AMAZING. If you think is is just a little better than those other fast food place then you are WRONG. There quality and value is far better than any other fast food place. Now that there are 3 in Tucson you can get one at anytime. There food is all fresh products. I am glad to know that what I am eating is real food. Not frozen, or processed. Also you can always get GREAT customer service there. They hire very friendly people. If you are looking for a great place to get a burger quick, try In-N-Out.
