Red Rock BBQ Company, Sedona

My third attempt this week to find good ribs in this part of the world. Unfortunately, I am looking forward to my return to New Jersey and Tiffany’s in Union, NJ. No one seems to get the point about falling off the bone as being done. Instead it’s knaw off the bone. Too much work chewing.

Recently 4 lady friends and I visited Sedona and had dinner (family feast) the first night there. Fantastic food and great service. So good, the next day we went back for lunch - sandwiches just as good as what we'd had the night before. One lady said brisket was the best she'd ever had. Everything was delicious and now we're spoiled. BBQ in our area just isn't the same.

I have eaten at the Cottonwood store before, but was not impressed. The other day I was in Sedona and a friend suggested that we go to Hog Wild I did not even know that they had a store there I was unsure, but she said it was different than the Cottonwood store. So we went and wow what a difference. I think I was speaking with the owner? and he said it was the same food, but I disagree. This restaurant is a great place to go have lunch or dinner at. I had the pulled pork and an oreo milkshake. The servers are friendly and the BBQ can't be beat. And What a view I have not been in Cottonwood long so I still love looking at Sedona.
