rosalie food ok but her kitchen is dirty. she doesnt clean her chicken with vinegar and lime. she add food flavor and dont believe in mrinate besides freezer to pot. i got sich eating her red beans and rice... she sell left over food and serve maybe 3 customers a day if she get lucky...dats a business that shame to close their eyes even though its already dead and bury. good luck

I had Rosalie's stewed chicken -- a piquant orange-colored marinade -- served on coconut perfumed rice with homemade scotch bonnet hot sauce. Soulful. Also came with friend plantains and steamed veggies. A generous portion for the money, genial patrons, and Rosalie was a gracious and lovely hostess.

Rosalie's has the best carribean food that I've ever tasted from a restaurant. The food there is amazing and I must not forget the place is very clean.
