I will never recommend this place again. It is common practice for them to NOT show you an itemized bill unless asked. Tonight when I pointed out a $1 overcharge and asked them to correct this, their response was well we may not have our new menus printed yet Really? Who cares about future prices? All the menus on the table clearly showed one price and it was not what I was charged. They refused to correct this, claiming they have to charge what is written by the register. Really? The help is being told to overcharge?? This is very unethical practice and I feel everyone who eats here runs the risk of being overcharged if they do not ask to see an itemized bill! Yes, $1 is not much money and I paid the bill, BUT being flat out told they can charge anything they want and not what is clearly printed on the menu is illegal and unethical!!!
Best Pizza I have ever had, hands down. Used to drive 40 minutes to get it, now I live in West Bend and get to enjoy it much more often. The owner is so personable that I can't imagine the review below being anything but playing off a bad situation through humor. Sounds like the reviewer was grumpy that they had to wait for a replacement when the mistake (whoever's fault it was) was made, and then were made more mad because they didn't get to scarf down a free pie. It's a business, not a soup kitchen, and they decided to give their employees a free meal instead. Get over it. When we ordered pies for my daughters B-day party (take out) she decorated the boxes and threw in some free apps, she's a class act all the way around, and the pizza is the best in WI. Eat here without hesitation, you won't regret it!
Wow, just last week after 7-8yrs of pretty regular dining my wife, son and I had a similar experience to the TWO STAR reviewer below. I ordered what we pretty much always order. The owner was her usual very cheerful self, asking about our son's school status, plans, etc. Then our pizza came (we love their deep dish pizza and homemade chips!) and it was not quite right. I had ordered pep mush on half and sausage on half of a the pizza. Out came a pie with half pineapple and mushroom......an odd combo to begin with. I told the owner it was the wrong pie on one half and she pulled it and had a new one made. She then showed me her order tablet with pineapple written down and not pepperoni, fine except I did not write it and my son was right there listening to me order my wife's preference. Most places would have you eat the first pie and bring out a smaller version of the errant part of the order, but no matter, that was not the deal breaker. While we waited I expressed to my wife, not quietly enough, I'd ordered as always, since that half of the pie was her's again with my son right there......He would have said something if pineapple was ordered. So, out comes the new pie after we watched the staff eat our 1st one as we waited deep dish oven time! The owner then tells me they (her & her husband) went back and looked at the surveillance camera??? and I definitely said pineapple and she could bring his laptop out to show us?? Wow, how is that for taking it way too far with a customer....This included her usual half giggle that is normally welcomed by us and many other customers. So, I think they had to be lip reading between pepperoni and pineapple, unless there was audio, but I don't think the latter is legal. Regardless, that was a pretty stupid thing to do to a customer, even if I'd said pineapple 10 times and I'm very sure I did not say it once. We were quite taken back by this, finished our meal, basically just being our usual selves, until we got to our car. As we ate I told my wife the problem would never have occured, if the order was read back to me. So, after being a bit taken back by the offer to see the video replay, my wife could not resist mentioning how things could have been solved, if the order was read back to me. That was not taken well by the owner, she laughed it off, then passed us off to her staff not interacting with us as she normally would do. Needless to say, we will never dine there again after being there on average 1-2 times a month since they opened the place. We loved eating there before, though we did have a bit of a probelm with the hand written total for the bill....It always seemed like the same meal and somewhat pricey drinks were $5-10 different each time we were there, but it will not be a concern any longer,,,,,,We will not be back. My wife told me driving to Cedarburg would be no problem for the same original recipe. Too bad....
Tomaso’s has the BEST pizza I have yet to find in the West Bend area.
Defiantly very fresh! I would refer a thousand friends here for good pizza. I have not tried any of their other items offered on their menu but who would want to when the pizza is so good.
The only complaint I have about this place is the “no waitress factor” The fact that you have to go up to the bar to order your food. Go up to the bar to get your own drinks, Go up to the bar to get your food. Go up to the bar to get and pay your bill. Walk over to the side table IF you want additional plates and / or silverware. If the pizza wasn’t so good it would be less work to just stay at home.
I do understand that they have a take and bake but have not tried that yet. Not sure how that will work with a deep dish pizza.
After being there 4 or 5 times I now just learn there is a punch card. Wish I would have known that one sooner. Delivery would be a huge money maker for this place!
Over all thou from a food stand point, this place ROCKS. Two thumbs up from me.

Great Pizza! One of the best I've had, I disagree with the comments that the pizza's cost too much. I believe, like most things, that you get what you pay for. figure to spend about 20 bucks on a large pizza with several toppings. what your getting though is a really good pizza! Sure you can go buy a pizza for 5.55 if you want, but again, you get what you pay for. Service wise, I've been here dozens of times, the service has always been excellent. Very fast, very friendly and very accomodating.
Pizza is good.but very costly. The service is average.Twice my order was screwed up,and was not compensated for it.The customer is not right at this pizza place. If you want super GOOD PIZZA,It's Lisa's on Oakland Ave. in Milwaukee 40 years in business. The sauce and sausage are home made.Try it,you will go back. The best in the state. Lisa's 5 star
I was not impressed with the service or the quality of the food. There are much better places to have pizza in town than here. The prices are too high for what you're getting. To take a family there to eat if unreasonable for most people's budgets. Cheese is skimpy on pizza. Why should you have to purchase an additional topping? Go somewhere else.
me and my husband love the pizza! we have tried the thick and the thin crust pizza and they are both really good. last weekend we sat at the bar and relaxed with a cold beer and tried the pizza bread sticks for an appetizer. they were excellent!! we love that its non-smoking also. the staff are always super nice!!! the food and service are always great and we will be back!!! ask for the punch card also!!

Legendary Food, Legendary Service(R), and Legendary Fun! At Texas Roadhouse, we take pride in everything we do from hand cut
steaks and fall off the bone ribs, to some pretty sweet margaritas. And we do it all with one ...
