Having been to and been disappointed by almost every type of buffet in the west valley, I was, pleasantly surprised when they built this restaurant in my neighborhood. I found the staff to be very attentive and friendly as well as efficient. It's very crowded on the weekend @ dinner time but I have never had to flag down staff when I needed a refill on my drink or more dinner rolls or plates. The only negative thing I can say about it is that the staff should be more proactive in having guests accompany their young children around the restaurant.
help is not trained, managers are not to be found. been there 3 times and always have to hunt down someone to bring bread, never anyone to refill your drinks. there are plenty of people working but no one to direct them. The person cooking the steak couldn't understand english, and i don't speak spanish , so i got medium rare instead of medium well. IT's a shame such a nice place with so much going for it is run so poorly.
