the best dining experience in OR. If you are in Joseph and don't stop in you miss out. THe steak I had was the best ever. THey make everything from scratch and the salad had the most amazing tomatoes on it. THey told me they grew them in their own garden! Anyway, the food is amazing but the building is IMPRESSIVE & gorgeous. Full of carved wood, iron work & glass art. The view could not be beat. It sits off the main drag and faces the Eagle Cap Mountains. Calderas was like the diamond in the rough for us on this trip!!!

Exquisite food, interesting art and carvings, my favorite place in NE Oregon. Call for reservations, especially in Winter, as the hours are more limited in the off season. Great place
