Swagat Indian Restaurant, Provo

When they first opened, in 2007, the appetizers were amazing and the food was good. The prices were not low, but on the balance, the food was worth the cost. The only problem was that the service was slow, but I thought they would get better as they worked the kinks out. Now, almost a year later, the service is no better and the food seems less tasty. In particular, the appetizers have declined from outstanding to good. For lunch, it's still worth your time. But for dinner, there are better Indian food options for about the same price.
