38 Central, Medford

I know David Graham well and I can promise you an experience in fine dinning and good eating you won't forget. Everything is fresh and hand picked. Dave at age 10, expressed his culinary talent by looking for and trying unusual recipes found in the newspaper. He soon improved on the sauces and flavorings. He has an Epicuran palate and loves to create and serve a gastromical work of art. We live in Texas and while visiting in Medford in June we ate at 38central. Everyone shared their order, from Mac and Cheese, Chicken sesame, Scallops, Salmon and Steak to the Green Apple soup special it was fantastic. I recommend that you try 38central for lunch or dinner. Ask Dave for suggestions, it is the best dinning for the price. I give him a five star plus.

Wow! to think in Medford we get our own Mustards Grill!! Great food! Best seafood in the whole area-incredible value too! Gotta try the Pot Roast, super rich and wonderful with all the vegies!! And you can get a 3 course meal for under $20 on Monday nights you can not beat that! PS they have a great wine list (with Cowhorn Wine and Carpenter Hill !! Two of the best vineyards in Medford!)

One of the best resturants in the valley.... Great Downtown location... Great for business meetings... Really gives you the feeling you are in Portland or San Fran..... Enjoy!!!

Very nice restaurant in the heart of downtown Medford. Wonderful, varied menu, from gourmet options to more traditional Pacific Northwest choices. Great wine list and good service. Try the Duck Quesadilla appetizer!
