I am happy to say that Ubuntu's take on the vegetable has revolutionized the way I perceive veggie cuisine. We started off with the lavender marcona almonds which were sweet and salty. After that we had the lovely potato soup, the sunflower seeds as riosotto and some grits topped with a fried egg, perfectly cooked and balanced. We did the AM yoga that morning as well, what a way to start the day.
