Awesome food!!!!!!!! I take my family there almost every week.
PS - I ate at the Flying Burrito a couple of times over the last couple years and was not impressed with their food. I thought it was bland.
I was never a huge fan of mexican cuisine but then a friend took me to Luisa's! I can't say enough good things about this place. The people are delightful, the decor is fun (the work station looks like the front of an old VW bus!) and the food is delicious. I have been there several times now and have never had a bad meal. If you like spicey, I recommend the green salsa dip with their home made chips to start. Yum, yum, yummy!
We read the reviews before going last weekend for the first time. I was a little apprehensive but thought what the heck. My husband and I loved it, the food was very authentic and homemade right down to the chips and salsa. I cant wait to return this weekend.
We eat there weekly and you can watch your food being cooked and prepared just for you. The best Mexican restaurant in both Ashtabula and Lake County. It tasts so fresh. You know something is wrong when you receive a complete meal in several minutes like you do in the other restaurants. It´s the real thing. If you don´t think so, then you need to take a trip south of the border to see for yourself.
Food is excellent. Always homemade and handmade. Nothing comes out of a jar. Unique salsas and chips. At times a little slow with meals because there is no assembly line process here. All you have to do is taste the beans and you will know these are homemade. No refried bean cans in the back dumpster! Very friendly staff. My wife and I eat there once a week, and have never been disappointed.
