If I could give a negative rating I would! This place is nasty! It is SO dirty, there is goo chunks on the tile floor that need to be scraped off. The structure is dusty. I had to purchase socks for my daughter when we got there and I even stopped on the way out to show the girls behind the counter just how dirty her socks were from the floor and the structures. They looked at me like they couldn’t believe I was complaining. I have NEVER seen anyone cleaning the structure. Ever. The coat/shoe room looked as if it had never seen a broom or a cleaning rag. Just plain gross! One of the women’s toilets has been out of service for a while and it is locked from the inside so you cannot even use the changing station in it.
The temperature has NEVER been comfortable when I have been there. In the winter it was like 50 degrees and the heater was broken and being worked on , we were there for a few hours and it never got a degree warmer. We had to get blankets out of our cars to keep warm. You could practicly see your breath! Ridiculous! I was there in June and the air conditioning was not working properly and it was dreadfully hot. Just went last week and it was so horribly hot in there, it was cooler outside! The kids were all soaked with sweat within 10 minutes. It probably was 100 degrees on the top of the structure. They said the air was broken . I have an idea, if something is broken…close until you can fix it properly….and get it fixed-properly!
Seriously? Who runs a business like this? I do NOT recommend anyone go here. We will never be back, and I have shared this will all of my 483 Facebook friends as well. The health department needs to do a surprise check there. I bet it would fail. So gross.
This place is a bit of a nightmare. The structure is grubby and worn, the bathroom had no paper towels or soap. I also wonder what the maximum capacity of safety is and whether they exceed it. It certainly felt too crowded for safety today. I'll do anything I can to talk my kids into other options before returning.
The kids love it there. Not sure about the other negative review. We go to Jungle Java often and really like it. It's nice to have a place that doesn't offer fried everything and their vegetarian items are good too. I like going here to work while my daughter plays. It's nice to give her a chance to interact with other kids also. We will go back.
My family used to be regulars here. We even paid for memberships over and over again. But about a year and a half ago, things started changing. The staff is often slow and unfriendly. They just aren't kid-friendly people. The playscape is quite dirty. The food is TERRIBLE and less than affordable for what it is. I have had numerous problems with the manager. I don't like their sign in procedure; it's an invasion of privacy. It wouldn't hurt for them to repave their pothole-filled parking lot either. My family has only been back for birthday parties, and we are continuously disappointed.
