Wow talk about overpriced with bad service. Even the manager gave me an attitude when I brought up several mistakes on our checks. We did ask for seperate checks (two couples) and the waitress messed up big time. Almost nothing was right on either check. She then tried justifying charging $7.99 to upgrade waffle fries to loaded waffle fries. This was the second day that they were open and the corn beef on my rueben was less than fresh. I'm pretty sure it was bad. The management and wait staff is full of excuses for their mistakes. Save your money and go sit on the deck of Brown's Brewery accross the river. Overpriced food and drinks will hopefully close down this disgrace of a waterfront restaurant.
I went to your restaurant in August and was profoundly dismayed by my experience. The food and service were both horrible. I ordered the shrimp scampi and a salad. I never got the garlic bread that was supposed to accompany the meal; the salad came out AFTER the meal; the meal took over 30 minutes to arrive at our table; there were only four shrivelled-looking shrimp on a big plate of buttered pasta; and I had to flag waitresses other than my own down on three separate occasions to re-fill my water glass during our time there. It was by far the most disappointing restaurant experience I have had in years. And I was charged way too much for this entire experience. Ridiculous.
