Blowfish Sushi Restaurant, Seminole

We eat at Jimmy's Blowfish all the time. Best sushi around. Extemely cordial people as well. I recommend the Sawyer Roll. If you can handle the Jumbo Jimmy Roll - a must try. They also accomodate special requests.

The restaurant attracts a younger, hip crowd which is nice. The service is friendly albeit a little slow and disorganized. I would not recommend ordering their Fish Katsu. I tried that tonight and it tasted almost like frozen fish and the rice was undercooked as well. It was a disappointing experience. I am not sure that I would recommend it unless you are planning to sit at the Sushi Bar itself and order Sushi. In that case, it might be a nice experience.

Great food! Always fresh. Very friendly atmosphere. Two flatscreen TV's for viewing and a private room for parties. Sake bar is fun with many different drinks made with cold sake. Love it!
