Hands down some of the best ribs I have ever ate... I am a bbq fanatic, attend the Houston Live Stock BBQ cook off. But never had i had ribs as amazing as these. the place looks like a small shack, but packs a punch with flavor.. Bubba is usually the one taking orders, great guy. You can eat the ribs with no teeth, the meat is so soft. I've never seen cleaner looking bones. WELL WORTH THE DRIVE TO CROSBY, TX
