Went to Quincys after a 4 day backpacking trip. That particular night was "prime rib" night, and for the price the food was very good, and very generous. Service was a little slow and forgetful, but we showed up at opening time along with a good sized crowd of others waiting to get in, so it was reasonable to expect that we got over looked for about 15 minutes. I plan to go there again after the next backpacking trip, and I would recommend this place to others. I read some of the other comments and noticed that a few others were dissapointed. I can only say that you need to try it for yourself before judging, since sometimes when others rave about a place people expect too much and are disappointed because they expect some kind of eutopia. I was directed to this place by "locals", and I did not feel disappointed since it was a good hearty meal. Those who wish to nitpick, and are fussy about every little detail, should head to an expensive restaurant that charges twice as much. (I don't think the food will be better, but people seem to equate quality with cost.) I spent about 15 bucks for a 12 oz prime rib with salad and a baked potato and drink, and feel pretty good about it.
