Mother's Day! Had a nice dinner planned for my wife, son and I! Seated and order taken right away, our drinks came shortly after! All seemed well until we noticed that two seperate customers who were just seated, received their Appetizers and Entrees within 10mins.! Since we were seated, 40mins. had passed, NO Appetizers and NO Customer Service! The Customers that sat behind us barely received their Appetizers and stated that they have been waiting an hour and still NO Entrees!
I pride myself on NOT being Racial/Prejudice, this would be insane of me as I am Asian, Latin and German! I mention this because It happened that the two Customers that were served so promtly, ordered in Chinese! I wish this was all just a misconception on my part, but my mother and sister are both Chefs, I am a certified Fry Cook and my wife has been in Food Service for 6yrs., so it is obvious to me that something is deeply wrong with this Silver Spoon!
The most upsetting thing is that without any acknowledgement from their staff that we were even there, my wife, son and I left having to find a restaurant that would seat and serve us asap, as it was now 8:15pm! My Toddler was anxious and my 8month pregnant wife was both famished and ready to head to good ol' Mc Donalds but determined to spoil my wife we had a wonderful dinner at Chef's Eperience in Hayward and then ran a hot bath for my wife when we got home to forget about our awful treatment at Silver Spoon!
Perfect way to loose First Time Customers.
