Consistently above average food and service. It's always hard to choose between entrees - the roasted chicken is beautifully seasoned, the pork chops are fork-tender (ask for a box before your pork chops arrive - it's impossible to eat both!), and the roasted chicken salads are incredible with their homemade dressings. You have to save room for dessert - the banana pudding is obviously made in-house with a mouth-watering custard. The pies are sinful - the key lime has a nut-blend crust that melts in your mouth. Best place I've found for dinner in Tulsa.
Went recently for the first time and everything from the facility to the staff to the food was excellent. They have the absolute best bloody mary in Tulsa(and it is only $6). I had the chicken and ribs and you could push the meat off of the bone with your finger and the chicken was perfect. My girlfriend ordered the daily fish and was served what was supposed to be 8oz. of halibut but it was easily over 10oz. It too was cooked and seasoned perfectly. The restaurant itself is outstanding and the views next to the river are outstanding. I will be eating here again and again.
Fantastic pork chops and ribs, can't wait to go back. I'm a first time diner, and we ended up waiting for a while because it was Valentine's day. While waiting, I was able to watch them prepare the meals, and was very impressed with their cleanliness and attention to detail.
Terrific food and equally terrific service. Mesquite roasted chicken on salad with cornbread croutons. Yum! We had waiter name of Henry. Very funny guy. Overall a great restaurant experience. Better than we expected
The pork chops are great! When I walk in and see the chickens spinning, they look so perfect I want to order a chicken dinner, but since we don't come out here very often, I don't want to pass the opportunity of eating the wonderful pork chops. So, I eat pork chops every time we come. The drinks are good. I usually order whatever the special appetizer of the month is. I happened to eat here the month that the special appetizer was the quesadilla. Not having that one on the regular menu is a mistake on their part. That was a darn good quesadilla.
We just got back from eating at Red Rock Canyon Grill. It was awesome! When we first got there (at about 6pm Sat) there was an hour wait and they gave us one of those buzzer pagers. We killed the first 20 minutes looking inside a nearby store. Then we went back and sat at the bar to order a drink. Before the drink was made a table became available. I ordered a Cosmopolitan and my husband ordered a spicy Bloody Mary. They were both good. I drank mine fairly quick, but since one is my limit for size and body weight I delined a second. I took a few sips of my husband's Bloody Mary and it was one of the best I have tasted. I ordered steak, he ordered pork chops. We had quesadillas appetizer. Everything tasted so good. I can see why the restaurant gets such good reviews. The food has a lot of flavor. The employees are friendly and happy. A bad or mean manager will not have happy employees. The lighting is dim, the well padded booths are comfortable, the people are dressed casual, and the whole experience is good. I left buzzed and happy, and so glad I didn't have a refill on my drink.
I have eaten here a few times now, so feel qualified to review it. The food is delicious. The meat (tried both chicken and steak) is seasoned and cooked tender with a wonderful flavor. The steak and enchilada combo was amazing. It may very well be the best enchilada in Tulsa.
