After many dining experiences, all mostly very slow service and a staff that seems indifferent, Grahams was a refreshing place to visit.
We live in Chicago and are used to top notch places to dine. Grahams in our book is , top notch .
The overall attitude was warm and attentive. The menu really blew us away, from firecracker oysters to lamb burgers with gluten free buns. There is vegetarian or vegan, which we are not, but so many people have special needs these days, and Grahams really does cater to these needs.
The wine list, award winning was so much fun and affordable too.
And, I think this is very smart...you can purchase a cookbook by the chef/owner on your way out. It s called Straight from the Heart and we found our service and food to be exactly that.
As far as I m concerned, this was the only place in Taos that even came close to the dining experiences we are used to in Chicago.
