This place has the best food in the area, however that's not hard. The food is light years ahead of the nearest Italian chain restaurant. They have a nice vegetarian selection as well as many meat selections. The iceberg lettuce salad is a disappointment, Considering this restaurant is trying to be more upscale for the area. The service is excellent. You won't find a better restaurant without driving at least an hour away.
First off I want to say that John W below has no idea what he is talking about if he is using the Olive Garden and Macaroni Grill as he comparisons for good Italian cusiene in the area. So go ahead and disregard his remarks. John W, keep eating your cheeseburgers from McDonalds and your spaghetti from olive garden.
I have to say, I was very suprised with the quality of food. It was really good! The service was also excellent! Our bread was refilled 3 times, my water was refilled literally 10 times. The portion sizes were great. Our group of four was very satisfied with the food, service and setting.
I will be back forsure! And I will be sure to tell everybody I know about this gem. I would eat here any day over some corporate resturant.
2 thumbs up!
Their food is at best average. No way does it compare to Olive Garden or even Romano's Macaroni Grill. Special is almost $21.00 consisting of six plain tasting ravioli with some type of alfredo sauce. There is a fountain inside and it looks as if the water has never been changed as it created a funny smell. Manicotti was actually good but portion was small and as with everything in this place it is overpriced. No kid's menu. If you want authentic Italian food this is not the place to go. If you want to spend a lot of money and maybe impress some friends you may want to give this place a try. There are other Italian places with food as good or better. Never tried Napoli's but heard it is good. Olive Garden will beat Isabella's food anyday. Not sure how much the previous poster had to drink.

I can't believe how people can hate on a place based on 1 dinner visit... I get it, 1st impressions are important, but you can't base a review on a simple fetuccine alfredo, nor can you say that olive garden or Romano is good; because that just means you don't know S%&T about italian food. I have been going to this place for 3 yrs now. And you must have a chicken dish, veal dish or a good pasta to really appreciate the value of this place. Don't complain about the price either, if you don't have the money to eat out then stay home. This places gives you bread and salad or soup included in the price EVERY TIME. I worked at the previous Isabellas a loooong time ago as well, and I loved their food. I AM ITALIAN... I KNOW WHAT ORIGINAL ITALIAN CUISINE TASTES LIKE... Anyway, the food is good, service is average, places has a nice setting. if you need suggestions... Try the following: linguini pescatora, pollo marchessa, pollo chianti, pollo a la crema, any of the veals, pasta antonio, etc... oh! and please try the shrimp appetizer!
