Maya Cove, Fort Collins

Overall Experience: Bad I have recently visited Maya Cove Restaurant and was not satisfied I had a Cajun pasta dish (Complete Upset) the pasta was cold at the bottom of the dish and warm at the top which could have been avoided completely by pre heating the plate its self. The garlic bread was rubbery and cold. The pasta was over cooked and the Cajun sauce was nothing but water at the bottom of the dish. The chicken was dry and the shrimp was undercooked. Perhaps the only thing good to say about the dish was the clams. The service was very lethargic I did not see a smile the entire time I was there from the wait staff. The atmosphere was fun but the staff was unprofessional Bottom of the line: Do not go here unless u want to receive mediocre food and even worse service
