Went there last night, Saturday evening Jan 14th. 6 people, three couples, two tickets. One ordered filet mingon, medium, baked potatoe and salad. the rest ordered at the same time, 9PM they were out of Prime Rib though the place was not busy. The filet mingon was served rare, cold in the middle. took the waiter 5 minutes to come back and check, apologized, slid the filet off the plate onto the other persons bread plate (not the person eating the filet) and said they would fix it. Came back ith the same filet even though it had been on some one elses bread plate, still not medium. Our friend not wanting to make a big deal of it and again after another 5 minute wait, told the waiter that the filet was still not cooked correctly. the manager shows up, apoligizes about the cooking we told her about the handling of the meat on someone elses plate, did not faze her at all, simply offered a desert for him and 10% off the meal. 10% off a meal that costs $30 bucks? so the salad and the baked potatoe cost 30 Bucks and because there was 6 of us on two tickets, Fiddle Creek added gratuity.
If you sinply want to give you money away, give it to some one you like.
The food was bad but the service was awful and management is just in this for the money.
Fiddle Creek steaks are delicious! Their appetizers are different and very yummy! The restaurant itself is kind of dark on the inside, so it's hard to see your food, but other than that it is my favorite steak place in the area. Try the fried pickles!
The best steak that I have eaten in a while. You could cut the steak with a spoon it was so tender. The staff is fast to bring your order out as soon as it is ready. You get your money's worth at this steakhouse.
