Atlas Brick Oven Pizzeria, Corning

The food is great as well as the atmosphere. The only thing is that the service is consistently awful. They only ever seem to have one waitress working the entire upstairs. And I have been there a lot, not just once. It's like this every time. When you get a drink, sip it slowly because you will not be offered another one. And when your food comes, get everything you may need for your entire meal right then. You will not see the waitress again until she gives you the check. The solution is simple...hire more servers.

Was Black friday shopping when the friend I was with suggested Atlas.She had told me how her and her husband really enjoyed the place and the many selections of pizza there was.There was 2 conclusions I made...there are many selections of different pizza's on the menu and also the considering it was very busy the waitress tried her damnest to make sure we were taken care...if only a bit at a time.The pizza was delicious and chesse sticks were a bit different then I was expecting but they also were very good.There is two levels at the place and seating was easy.I would recommend this place even though I have only been there once.I do plan very much on going back again...soon..because I can't wait to try a different pizza.Also...if you want a slice of pizza...they got it...but not only the traditional large..they also have what could be called a personnel pizza with only four slices to take care of your hunger.Parking not only in the front but also a parking lot in the back which can be so much easier than parking on Market Street.You do have to pay for the parking but it's nominal and worth the hasslement of going up and down the street looking for a spot.Will write another review as soon as my wife and I go back....real soon!!!

Friendly staff and good pizza- i would reccomend it.

All round the food here is very good. The calzones are very good, but as a previous reviewer mentioned they can be a bit doughy. Make sure to ask them to be cooked well done. The Pizza is very good and BIG. They have the most topping of any Pizza place in the area. The subs are pricey, but huge, so it all works out in the end. The cannolie's are decent. Sometimes they use a little too much garlic on the food for some tastes. The best thing is the service. The staff is friendly and try their best to make customers happy. Some pizza places are arrogant, and don't like to fix mistakes. Atlas only made a mistake on one order that I had delivered. They sent out a new pizza to me right away and even left me the piiza that had the wrong toppings. Good service, food, and you can eat in or get it delivered. All round a great place to go.

I am very impressed with this place. Good, friendly service and the food is great. I am a true pizza lover and this place is second to none. The sauce isn't my favorite but still very good. No need to order extra cheese with this place. Bread sticks with cheese are also very good and you have to try the chocolate chip cookies. I live in Big Flats but will make the drive for this food. If you like a brick oven pizza then you should try this place. I highly recommend this place !!!
