Decent prices, large portions, GREAT food. I've eaten there for years and NEVER had a bad experience, however, the bar is overpriced. $12 cocktails? ill stick to the great food & a lebanese tea!

I love Albasha!

This is my favorite Greek and Lebanese restaurant in the NOLA area. I really love their house salad dressing, and the fried kibbeh. Their chicken schwarma is also good. One thing I noticed is that this restaurant is listed under the category of "Greek Restaurants." While Greek and Lebanese foods are similar, I would say Albasha is mainly a Lebanese restaurant.

This is a great dining experience.The best Greek I have ever tasted and I have spent some time in Greece. The prices are good too and the place is very clean. Try the Stuffed meat plate or the all the chicken or beet dishes. The humus is not to be missed. And even the iced tea is fresh.

Best greek food in the NO area. Everything I have had in my many visits to Albasha has been outstanding. Service is good. Nice, relaxing and clean atmosphere. Chicken Schwarma and Gyros are as good as any I have eaten.

Ordered take out and took the hostess's recommendations on what to order. Ordered the sauteed chese appetizer which was a little salty but very, very good (I think the cheese they use starts out salty). Order a combo entree of gyro and a chicken dish that was just super; very generous portions and cooked with care. My wife ended up with quite a bit of leftovers for lunch the next day. Cannot recommend this restaurant enough if you love Med. food.
