Caviar Japanese Restaurant, Louisville

I checked this place out a couple weeks ago and fell in love! I'm very particular about my sushi and won't eat it from just anywhere. I sat at the bar so I could see what I was eating and everything was very fresh! The wasabi was the right texture and consistency and the ginger was sliced paper thin, just like I like it! The staff was great! Very attentive without being overbearing. It was a quick trip, I was eating alone for lunch after my facial but I will definitely go back VERY SOON!
