I live close to the Taco Bell/Long John Silvers and frequent the drive thru after work [mainly because it is the only place on the way home]. Every time I go to this Taco Bell, the service is slow, even if it is unbusy. The inside wait is as long as the drive thru. Oftentimes my orders are incorrect and twice have been completely wrong. Also, the cinnamon twists are always hard enough to chip a tooth. No other Taco Bell I've been to has been this terrible in service.

I went to this place to place a small order ($9.00), it was not busy, the little ***** that was workin drive through had a very BAD ATTITUDE from the start and spoke unprofessionally. The order was wrong and she shorted me two items and gave me a wrong drink, then swung the bags out the window (not thrown), I called the manager and the situation was handled. I couldnt get her name because she chose to cover up the name tag with LIL MAMA. Well I could be ugly on her apperance but she wasnt little. IF you happen to read this lil mama I hope you change you attitude and apperance for the better because when you become an adult you will have a much more harder time at getting a job..
