Diner 371 needs much improvement. Went through the drive thru, ordered, then was given a price 5 dollars higher than what the menu board listed. Got up to the window, asked about the price difference, and was told they haven't had a chance to change the prices. Ordered the Taco Salad and the shell was very greasy, dripping grease. The avocado was almost black and some of the lettuce was brown (rotten). The food could be fresher and the price jump is a little shocking.
I had eaten at Diner 371 before and had lunch. Frankly, I was not impressed. The burger was overcooked and cold and the onion rings were swimming in grease. But since they had just opened I thought I would give them another chance. I just returned from breakfast. Oh my God, they have gotten worse. The food was downright ghastly. The eggs were ok. The sausage was not sausage, but I'm not sure what it was. The potatoes tasted like fried and burned baked potatoes. I asked the waitress if I could have bacon since the sausage was so nasty. She brought me 1 piece of greasy almost raw bacon. I gave up and left. I will not go back!!
