Don t really have to many complaints about the place except that for an Italian restaurant one of the Italian favorites Veal parm is NOT offered. When I asked why the reply was Not Enough People ask for it! Really? You have Veal piccata so you have veal in the kitchen how hard is it to make veal parm????? The prices are high and the appetizers that they only have once in a while they don t keep regularly which is too bad. Drinks are toooo expensive.
You can find some decent food on the menu, the soups are always good, and the bread is pretty good too.
They overdo a lot of things - mishmash, not classic Italian.
I'ts a better sort of chain food restaurant, no flair, but edible.
Note: After reading all the sophomoric insults heaped on anyone who dares offer a criticism of this so-so chain restaurant, I think I will just avoid it in future. No way it can ever improve if all complaints are just beaten down and the unlucky customer insulted.
What a nasty, nasty place.
I went there the other night. The hostesses were fabulous! They didn't go over on our wait & got the door for us as soon as we walked in, offered us menus and they were so friendly. My husband and I felt as if we were at a family or friends house, we were so comfortable. This service was very enjoyable and made our night at ease. Our server was sweet and food excellent as well!! ***** 5 star experience
I thought it was very rude of the waitress the other night to bring the dessert offerings and take out boxes to the table while my wife was only half way finished her dinner. She was forced to rush through the remainder of her meal and take the rest home. I would have complained but did not want to embarrass the people we were with. The prices here are also no bargain. Pasta and chicken for $16.50. Pasta without a protein $12.00. This entree did not even come with a salad. And check out the price for house wine. Those desserts in the shot glasses are very expensive. Next time you order one ask for a plate and scoop it out and see just how much is there. This place is way too full of itself.
Love this place, good food, good lemonade, good service, My fave server is Sallie, she is very personable, honest, and dependable, and always checks on you to make sure ALL is good. The Sonjo di Chocolate dessert is phenomenal if you are a chocoholic!
Took a buisness friend to dinner she had fillet rare and I ordered the twin porkchops medium rare they both were dried out and over cooked , the appitiser mussels were great and the bread is always good but both dinners were way overcooked .
My husband and I came in for dinner a few nights ago and had an amazing time. From walking in the front door being greeted with welcoming smiles, being seated right away, and a wonderful meal, we will definitely be back. My husband was blown away with the hospitality your hostess girls gave us, offering us a bag for our food, and opening the door with a warm smile asking about our experience.
