Service OMG! Fire your staff and get new help. That was the worst service I have ever had.
There must be some kind of local cult following that keeps this place going. Maybe the customers are just used to bad service or being talked down to by the staff. Oh, make sure you leave a big tip otherwise you might hear grumbling when you leave. They really need to hold down the conversations in the cooking area (it can be heard out in the dinning area (please!) My only guess is the food and price keep people coming back because it is certainly Not the service. Since I am customer service oriented I give it poor over all. I eat out because I expect at least good service otherwise I would stay home and cook.
