Kobe Hibachi Grill & Sushi, Fayetteville

Been probably 8-9 times total, always order to go and pickup. One of the last times we ordered, one of the rolls had a REAL bad fish in it...i mean, rotten. Ruined the meal once you take a bite out of something like that. I'm always the type of guy who will give something the benefit of the doubt, so a month or so later - we ordered again to go. SAME THING - just one roll had a rotten fish in it. at that point, we pretty much wrote the place off. Then, Christmas Day rolls around - and the only place open is Kobe. It was probably a year since the last time a bad fish was snuck into a roll. Boom! - we go home and the same thing...all rolls were great except for 1. My theory - if you get the roll to go, you cannot send it back to the kitchen if its raunchy. Maybe its their chance to pass off some of the old fish stock that they want to get rid of. Conspiracy? maybe - but we'll never go again and eat IN or Takeout.

Kobe is by far the best sushi in NWA. I am a sushi connoisseur, and if you want the best in the Fayetteville area, Kobe is it.

i can't get enough of this place. the food is wonderful and the service is always fast and friendly. the lunch bento boxes and plates are the best deal in town. The Best sushi in Fayetteville.
