Pho Saigon Noodle House, Salt Lake City

I can't start to express how much I love this restaurant! Service is very friendly especially the owner's son. I usually come here not just for their Pho which is pretty good but their other authentic item. Everyone should try their Bun Thit Nuong (grill pork noodle bowl) egg roll, and shrimp can be included whic is what I normally order for: it is a bowl of dry rice noodle with a variety of veggies ( cucumber, sprout, lettuce mint.) grill pork, egg roll, shrimp, dry garlic, and peanut. The sauce is a flavor fish sauce ( don't let it scare you, the fish sauce is diluted with lime, sugar, garlic and water). Describing it make my mouth water. Try all of their grill pork dish, the rice dish is good also. I had never been disappointed by their food and the price is amazing also. My favorite dish here cost me between 6-7 bucks for a tummy full of food while it would cost me 15 dollars up on the East side and not the best either. Conclusion: Don't be intimidated by other dishes here because eventhough the Name is PHO saigon, everything else is amazing too, and very authentic.

I travel quite frequently and visit many Pho restaurants from California to Rhode Island. The best Pho broth I have eaten is here at Pho Saigon Noddle House in Salt Lake City.

I am from Denver, and my friends and I would eat Pho every week. When I moved out here I was so worried I wouldn't find a good Pho restaurant and this place is WONDERFUL! Best cure for hangovers, or when you aren't feeling good is PHO, and this place rocks at it!
