Summit is surprisingly good and perhaps under appreciated. It has its ups and downs because of turnover but some of its specialties reach almost gourmet status. For example, the eggs benedict for weekend brunch are outstanding- real, homemade hollandaise sauce, not the usual restaurant variety. Mashed potatoes, bread and soups are made from scratch. They also smoke their own salmon, It's rarely very busy, probably because it got a rocky start but it's well worth a visit.
