Never EVER! eat at this resturant....It is filthy. The kitchen is so disgusting....The dishes do not get washed properly. Nobody who works there wears gloves or ever washes there hands. Sometimes the cooks or waitresses touch or grab a fry or onion ring off your plate then serve you the food. Also, the people who own it are scumbags. They rip off there employees and try to have illegal immigrants work there. Nothing there is fresh or clean. Im surprise people don't die after eating there.
They Serve Chips Used From One Table And Reserve Them to Another Customer, The Kitchen Area Doesnt Get Cleaned Properly And The Stove Which You Can See From The Entrance Hasnt Been Cleaned Properly In Years, so You Get Dust And Dirt To Go With Your Order, No One Washes There Hands,
This Place Tech Shouldnt Be Open Since The Health Standards They Have Are Way!! Below Standard, Dishes Sometimes Dont get Cleaned Properly Still have food on them and still served to customers,
I Rate This Place A Zero
Lincoln has some nice restaurants, but unfortunately the Nachos Mexican Grille is not one of them. The atmosphere is basic table and chairs, the service is uninspiring, the menu lacks imagination, and the drinks are watery. There are better places to eat along Main Street in Lincoln.
Upon arrival...no one greeted us and we weren't sure if we were to seat ourselves or not. The prep and cooking area was to our immediate left and with a few people resembling employees. A women with long unbound hair, looking exhausted and somewhat overwhelmed, looked up and asked how many in our party. She grabbed menus and seated us, informing us that she would bring us chips and salsa. After about 5 minutes, another woman brought us the chips and salsa and took our drink order. She returned with our drinks after about another 5 minutes and then took our food order. Our orders were simple (as is the menu). However, we waited a good 15 minutes for our food (nachos and a burrito). The burrito was very good (shredded beef with refried beans and rice. The nachos were over-kill...black beans with fried onions, yellow and green bell peppers, some cheese, very little lettuce and fresh tomatoes and raw red onions, with a large amount of salsa dumped on one side of the dish. We moved here from Arizona over 7 years ago, and our desires for good Mexican food has been a huge disappointment. Now, we are disputing a duplicate charge that has hit our charge card from this experience. The phone number listed on the charge receipt is disconnected. I called directy assistance..they claimed there isn't a listing for Nachos. Then I found another number thru web search..but no one has answered for the last two days. I hope others have a better experience than we did.
After posting this review, I received an e-mail from a man living in Maine which experienced a duplicate credit card charge.....he forward some info and I received a credit for the duplicate charge.
FYI: NACHOS PHONE # 745-8820 The owner is DOUG. Nice man and processed the credit the same day I spoke with him.
