Never been let down at jean louis. Years ago they were high priced gourmet. Now they are lower priced, but still gourmet. Very good value here.

This fusion French/Western-American restaurant is as ecentric as its owner who adorns faux tiger-skinned lapels on his chef's attire. The peppercorn encrusted filet is delectable, and the Grand Marnier souffle is magnifique! Who knows, you might just have to check your airline ticket to be convinced you're not in Aspen.

Owner/Chef Jean Louis personality and hospitality, a table side visit is more than worth the price of admission for this unique Park City restaurant.

Great food and great host! Both the classic French dishes and the slightly edgier are well prepared, attractively presented, and very tasty. Your host /chef is likely to visit your table at least once during dinner.

For a supposedly French restaurant there are almost no French dishes on the menu and very few French wines. Should be a lot better than it is given the experience of the chef.

Jean Louis is always a joy to talk with, but he should spend more time with the quality control in the kitchen. Inconsistent food made with good ingredients.
