Feather Sound Country Club
Although not long at 6445 yards from the middle tees, this par-72 Joe Lee course can be plenty tough from both the middle or back tees (6856 yards). The fairways are broad and framed by fairway traps. The greens have been redone and are both fast and interesting. There is also water in play on several holes. The average player would be wise to stick to the middle tees. Feather Sound Country Club is a private golf course. Soft spikes only.
Joining this club will be the biggest mistake of your life. It’s not a private club anymore! Terrible customer service, smelly old clubhouse facilities, and the food could very well make you sick.

What's not to like about this place? It is a beautiful country club. Sunday brunch overlooking this majestic golf course was so wonderful, what a setting. The food was superb, hot and fresh. Service was top notch. Really a great place, took a tour of the entire facility and I could definately see holding a wedding or party at the Club. Too bad we had to leave, what a pretty and peaceful place! I will be telling all my friends about it and will be going back!
They used to be a wonderful club, classy and affordable. Most recently they changed the menus and raised prices. The food was fantastic, however way too inflated for this economy. It's too bad, seems as if bad Management choices will cause the doors to close soon.
