Pebble Creek Country Club, Tampa

My husband and I went to play one afternoon. I had not been at this course in a few years. The course had changed so much for the better. Their greens were in perfect condition, better than any other courses I played on Tampa recently. I loved all the birds and natural environment. We also enjoyed their outdoor verandah off of their Irish Pub. Will visit again soon!

Wow, what a great value. The course is in GREAT shape and lots of new bunkers. One word of caution - Stay below the hole! The employees are fantastic, very friendly. The Irish Pub was fun after golf with good food and drink. Will go back often.

Found the course to be in perfect shape. The Greens were fabulous and most of the sand bunkers are new. Nice layout without too many homes around it. My ball found the many ponds. Saw a couple alligators. The staff was great and I enjoyed the Pub after. Better than many private courses at half the rate.

So me and a few people I work with went to Pebble Creek to try it out. I must say that it was the worst golfing experience I ever had. I will say that the course is very nice and the fee is moderate, but the people there are awful (staff and the other golfers). If your not a senior citizen, be prepared to be harassed, badgered, and talked to like a child by everyone. The people there were so rude, we up and left half way through to avoid getting in a tussle with a 80 year old man. I will never go there again. If you like to have a good time golfing and relax, check into other courses nearby, like The Claw (not as nice, but you wont have to throw down with a irate senior citizen). Overall, if you’re under 40 years old, I would think twice because it might happen to you too.

The greens were true to the roll. A sure target shot course. Played in a scramble this weekend and really want to play again stroke play with my friends. The GPS is great if able to drive to the ball. (thats why they made skycaddie)

Its a great value, especially to surrounding golf courses. Its priced right above a regualr municipal course. I also have never had a hard time making a tee-time. I hate the first hole because my ball seems to be magnetized to it the 4 times of i've played there. Not the courses fault. haha.

Shot a 65....got to love that! fast greens, smooth fairways....very nice experience. Well worth the trip. Not busy either, and fair on the average golfer. Joe the Pro! Neds Herndon.
