Palm Hill Country Club

The first thing we saw when we entered the grounds at 1800 Seminole (Alt.Rt.19) was the large clubhouse. In the foyer was a bulletin board with various homes for sale.The lobby was very clean and well maintaned.A huge club hall was off the lobby,with a stage and sound equipment. The grounds are immeculately kept.The park is divided,with a the older part referred to as the "north park",while the newer section is the "south park". Each has a hall, large swimming pool, tennis court,shuffleboard court and laundry.There is also a 9 hole golf course on the premises. Definitely a place to consider when looking for a home very close to the Gulf. A large mall is less than half a mile away.
