I met and consulted with Rick, Lloyd, and Richard while specifying and buying my new Trek Project One Madone. I am absolutely thrilled with my new bike, just put 21 miles on it’s break in/maiden voyage, and it is everything I hoped it would be. This bike would never have reached fruition if not for Ricks teaching and guidance. Understand that the last time I rode a serious bike was back in 1983. Rick is the owner and he personally guided me through the entire process of picking the frame and components for this bike and insured that everything worked and fit to my personal sizing and requirements. Lloyd measured me up and Richard helped me with new shoes. Talk about personalized customer service, this shop is real and these guys really care about your bike and about your concerns. Granted I was designing and purchasing a high end road bike, but while I was in the shop I observed ABC giving the same customer service to folks who just had a flat tire. There was no sales pressure at any time. Frankly the opposite was true. Instead of trying to sell me products the entire staff informed me about my options and helped guide me into making intelligent and informed purchases. I was referred to this shop by a previous customer who I hold very near and dear. I unhesitatingly would recommend ABC to anyone who needs any kind or type of bicycle service or product.
