Hopland was a very peaceful place

I visited Hopland March 23, 2006. It was windy there that day. Hopland is just a little south of Ukiah and is a fun small town. I wasn't there too long. I was on my way to Eureka and was driving on Highway 101. I stopped in Hopland because I saw a rainbow by the side of the road! That rainbow was a wonderful roadside stand of assorted tie-dye goods, ranging from batik pants, tops and dresses, to wall-hangings, t-shirts, and baby and kids clothes. I purchased a cute pair of tie dye pants at a reasonable price. The girl running the stand that day was a very down-to-earth, fun and kind person. I then proceeded to a van close by. A very nice man was selling olives, strawberries and apples. I purchased a bag of delicious strawberries (best I have ever had) at a reasonable price. As I drove on through Hopland, I noticed some small shops. I can't quite remember what those shops were, but this is a cool place to visit if you are on your way through 101. Hopland to me is an exciting place where you can add some color to your wardrobe and eat earth's goodness at the same time. Thanks!
