Once in a lifetime experience!

We had the grand menu. It was an exquisite menu paired with the sommelier's choice of wines to perfectly balance each course. The presentations were aesthetically pleasing and gastronomically tantalizing.
The price was high but certainly worth the unique dining experience. The subleties of flavors and unusual tastes, such as the infusion of black spruce, summer truffles and early season morels added dimension and surprise to the course.
