Went there Mach 21, 2012. Worse experience we have ever had at this restaurant. We arrived at 7:15 PM and left at 8:15 PM having enjoed (3) bowls of soup and (3) glasses of draft beer. We were a party of five. Our waitress acted as if it was her first night and no one attempted to help her. She had an entire section and was taking orders, cleaning tables and appeared very confused. There were at least (2) hostess at the door but ablout all they were doing was laughing and fooling around with a male employee in the booth across from us. We placed our food order (30) minutes after arriving and (30) minutes later nothing came out. We finally left money on the table and departed. It didn t appear we would be missed. We have lived in Lakeland (5) years and have enjoyed the Ale House many times. This was our first bad experience but, having just tried the new Texas Roadhouse and the Lonestar and found both excellent, it ll probably be sometime before we return to the Ale House.
