Privately owned and operated, Chefs Nina and Brett Gardiner can create exquisite cuisine prepared to perfection at Hapa because of their individual years of culinary experience. An elegant and quiet atmosphere combined with attentive service awaits diners. Begin the meal with a fresh Caesar salad or jumbo crab cakes. Continue with a glass of wine from their select wine list to accompany an exceptional entree like Misoyaki Wild Salmon, Szechuan seared duck breast, Colorado rack of lamb and filet mignon.
